Vase Hummingbird

Hummingbirds are special birds, with their striking beak and fast wing layers. The animal is a source of inspiration for many works of art, music, literature and this beautiful vase. The warm shades of color and the romantic shapes on the vase make it a real eye-catcher in your interior! This vase was made after a process by the French glassmaker and furniture designer Émile Gallé. Placed glass contains an etched representation with different colors between two layers. This is applied with a special paint. After immersing the show in acid, the second layer of color can be 'etched away'. This process can continue up to the third color layer.
