New: The blue Art Barn in De Graanbuurt

Update 7-05-2020. The Corona virus has brought about a lot. Our shop in De Graanbuurt is really too small to comply with the prescribed measures of RIVM. De Blauwe Deel has therefore decided not to continue activities in this location. Unfortunately. However, you are still very welcome in Leerdam. Our large showroom in Leerdam in a beautiful historic building offers plenty of space to view the entire collection in a safe manner.

Great success

De blauwe Deel/The blue Art Barn was founded more than twenty years ago in Leerdam, from a farm that dates back to 1793. Here you can find the head office and the showroom, from where you can admire the items of Art Deco Webstore. In the meantime we have built up a great deal of expertise in the field of interior design and lighting in art-historical styles. Our employees are constantly searching for and designing high-quality new products from the Art Nouveau and Art Deco periods. Due to the great success of the company, we have decided to offer a small reflection of the quirky collection at an extra location!

Different collection

The new store has been tastefully decorated and styled with great pleasure. The feeling of De blauwe Deel can also be found in our second point of sale! Colourful images are set up between tight Art Deco lamps and bags with prints by Vincent van Gogh hang next to colourful butterfly sculptures. You will soon recognise the branch in Het Museumstraatje. In front of the shop is a real eye-catcher: an old, green engine in exactly the same colours as the door and hatches.

We continue to welcome customers from all over the country to our showroom in Leerdam, by appointment between Monday and Friday. The best gifts, jewelry, lighting, sculptures and decorative glass can now also be found in Het Museumstraatje. Come along on Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00!
