Parcels are delivered by TNT, by our own service or by courier service. All shipments are insured. All deliveries need to be signed for. TNT will try to deliver the parcel to your address once or twice, depending on the size of the parcel. After they have twice failed to find anybody at home to take delivery of the parcel, you will find notification (in the form of a card) in your letterbox. It tells you at which post office you can collect your parcel, which has to be done within two weeks after notification.
Track & Trace

When your parcel is sent, you will receive an e-mail with the data of your shipment, which can be traced by a barcode through TNT Post Track & Trace. In the Netherlands, the parcel will usually be delivered within 2 working days. Shipments abroad will be delivered within 4 working days.
Delivery address
Delivery at your address of employment or another delivery address is also possible. The billing address does not have to be the same as the delivery address.
Courier service
Deliveries by our own service or courier service are done only after an appointment.
