Very motivating Art Nouveau vase. Red, purple and blue intertwine and give the glass object a warm glow. The spherical shape ends in a wavy opening.
See the famous color 'Mazarin Blue'!
The vase was ingeniously blown by the American glass artist Louis Comfort Tiffany (1848-1933).
Tiffany's inspirations for this glass with its metallic shine and fascinating rainbow colors were the archaeological Roman glass (originally clear glass, covered with a wafer-thin layer of irisation, the result of the action of the soil from which it was excavated).
