In Roman mythology, Cupid is the helper of the goddess of love, Venus. He is usually pictured as an (almost) naked boy with wings and a bow and arrow. According to the legend, he shoots arrows in the hearts of people and gods to make them fall in love.
The hanging lamp has a bronzed or brass chain. 1x E-14 fitting. The shade is shaped like a calyce and can be chosen in different colours. Total length of the lamp: approximately 90 m. The chain can be shortened. Length of Cupid figure: approximately 30 cm.
The glass shade is made according to the pate de verre method.
