Gerrit Rietveld Hanging Lamp 155cm

The original design was made by Gerrit Rietveld for Dr. Hartog around 1922. Also known as the L40 hanging lamp.
The lamp exists of:

A black varnished ceiling fixture,
6 Acrylate tubes that have a white electrical cord inside,
6 black varnished cube-shaped sockets,
3 tube-shaped, perpendicular,LED lamps.

The electronics to control the lamps are INSIDE the tube.
This creates a shadow 'stripe' of approx. 1.5 cm wide over the entire length of the tube.
Turn this side upwards for the horizontal tubes.
Turn this side to the least striking side for the vertical tubes.

The lamp's total length of 155 cm can also be shortened.
Dimensions ceiling fixture: 40 x 40 cm.
